Kindra Deneau graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, an Honors Certificate from the Barrett Honors College (researching children of divorce and finding children fare better when their parents live closer to each other; researching and finding that fathers on average contribute more to their children’s college education than mother tend to contribute), a Minor in Spanish, and a Minor in Family Studies. During her undergraduate studies, Kindra spent two summers working for Motorola on technology projects, one summer studying abroad in Spain, and also worked at the domestic violence shelter, Chrysalis.
After graduation, Kindra worked two years as a paralegal and discovered her passion for the law.
In 2002, Kindra resumed her studies at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she graduated in 2005 as a Law, Science, & Technology Scholar with an Intellectual Property Certificate for her studies in Trademark, Copyright, Tradesecret, and Patent law.
During law school, Kindra worked as a law firm clerk on business litigation cases, and also assisted her husband with the operation of their family owned business, Apollo Vending, LLC. As an experienced business owner, Kindra respects the many small business owners in Arizona who make huge sacrifices and take on lots of personal risk to make their mark in the business community.
Kindra has handled numerous legal matters and lawsuits in private practice ranging from business transactions and disputes, complicated estate planning, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership divorce, real property disputes, insurance defense, collection, construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, etc.
Kindra demonstrates herself to be a strong writer and a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients. Her clients boast about her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to get the best results possible.
