We offer free consultations where I will answer all questions, go over all options and give the client the information they need to make an informed decision about how they wish to proceed. I meet with prospective clients, find all issues in the case, determine whether or not they are an eligible candidate for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Once they have retained the firm, I facilitate all meetings, attend 341 hearings personally, prepare and file the Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition and plan, and execute Chpater 13 strategies.

I meet with prospective clients, run the means test when applicable and find solutions for fitting clients into a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Once we are hired, I meet with clients during each meeting, attend their 341 hearings, prepare the bankruptcy petition and facilitate all communication between the trustee and client. I personally return my phone calls and emails to each individual client.
