I was the defendant in a real estate transaction where I was representing a Buyer as her Realtor. Three years after the cancellation of the transaction, I was sue'd personally for $2M for "interfering in the contract". Unfortunately, both of the Plaintiff's were Attorney's, so they could relentlessly persue me, at almost no cost to themselves. Given this situation, I was extremely lucky to have Patrick as my "hired gun". At every turn, Patrick was able to thwart their attacks. Before my 12 hour deposition, Patrick and I met and he prepped me so that I was prepared and confident for all of the leading questions that would come my way. While all this was going on, Patrick worked behind the scene's to get the case thrown out of court, and was ultimately successful in having my part dismissed! Patrick has saved me an untold amount of money and time, and for this I greatly appreciate him and his attention to detail. I highly recommend Patrick!
