Josh prepared all standard and non-standard contract documents for my employer, negotiating terms and advising on impact and risk wherever special terms or non-standard formats were needed. In my 30+ years in business, I've never worked with a contract lawyer who was as responsive as Josh, or who was so adept at protecting my business interests without becoming the "Business Prevention" department. Josh is personable, reasonable, and professional in his communications and is great to work with in every way.

I would recommend Joshua Covey and this is why.
He, his partners, and his paralegal did everything to make sure that i knew my options,
rights, and what was going on with the case.
they were kind and always made sure to let me know of any new developments.
