Luke Korkowski's work on a contract negotiation for my company was swift and effective. His very proactive approach landed us in a favorable situation and he made completely clear the status of the negotiation, our options, and potential issues along the way. Very satisfied with this experience as well as our previous experience with him on our standard contracts.

Luke tried to help us with a mortgage modification. He did everything within his power to make it happen, but unfortunately we simply did not qualify. He could have easily walked away at that point, but instead he spent more time helping us review our finances to help us achieve the same goal in a different way. He was always very responsive and has a lot of knowledge about both law and financial planning. We would highly recommend Luke!

Luke helped me not only with legal advice, documents, and contracts for my small business, but he also worked with me to create a long term strategy for my business through his small business consulting program. He was super helpful in working with me to think through the big picture, create a plan, and then execute it. It was a great fit, because not only could he help me with the plan (consulting), but he had the expertise to draw up legal documents (lawyer) to finalize the deal. His flat rate approach to small businesses is truly innovative, and after experiencing it firsthand, highly recommend it to anyone with a small business. Mr. Korkowski rewrote the Declarations for our homeowner's association. He offered a fixed rate for the work, allowing unlimited communication via phone and email as part of that fixed rate. His condensed recap of the work done was ideal...specific but brief enough that busy board members could easily absorb it. At our request, he also reviewed the bylaws for a very reasonable fee.

We consulted with Luke concerning our contracts used in our business. During the course of revising and strengthening our contracts Luke devised a plan for our company to use electronic signatures and a whole new way to do business with our clients. The process is approximately 15 times faster than what we were doing and a much cleaner look to our clients. All in all, we owe Luke a debt of gratitude for what he is done. In a world where attorneys just look for billable hours, Luke is different, he is looking for ways to save the client money!

Luke proved himself to be a skilled negotiator while at the same time protecting us from risk. Im convinced Luke saved us money. Also, his system for document management is convenient and helpful.
