About Me

A manager before law school, Mr. Dixon helps employers solve problems in all settings.  He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Wisonsin.  Mr. Dixon believes in reducing risk through management education. He co-authored a California HR law treatise for his students at California State University. The California State Council of SHRM selected him as the Legal Expert on Employee and Labor Relations and in that role he helped develop and co-authored the SHRM California Learning System.  In late 2010, he relocated to his home town of Fort Collins, Colorado, where he is a member of the Employment Law Services Department of Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) and in 2011 also assumed the Legislative Director role for the Northern Colorado Human Resource Association.
