About me

Dan is Chair of Dowling Aaron Incorporated’s Employment Law Group. Dan has more than 25 years of experience representing large and small companies in all forms of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, sex harassment, overtime compensation, wage and hour violations, unfair competition/trade secret issues and many forms of discrimination. In addition, Dan works with employers on union/management issues, including union organizing, picketing and work stoppages. He represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations involving employee discipline and contractual disputes.

Dan counsels employers on the development of employee handbooks and other company policies. His range of experience allows him to advise employers on day-to-day employee and business planning matters. Dan is also extensively involved with training supervisors and owners on employment law matters, including unlawful harassment prevention training, union avoidance and workplace violence. Dan is a frequent speaker before business and professional groups.

Daniel Klingenberger is, in my view, an excellent attorney representing management in all aspects of labor & employment law. I have worked directly with and/or been mentored by 3 of the Top 100 Labor Attorneys in America, as recognized by the Labor Relations Institute in 2006, including Mike Hogan of the law firm Hogan & Klingenberger, P.C. On the basis of that personal knowledge, I can confirm my view that Dan Klingenberger shares precisely the same characteristics of professional excellence demonstrated by such nationally prominent, top level labor & employment law attorneys.
