About Me
I first became interested in becoming an attorney when I was in the U.S. Navy stationed in Europe. I enjoyed the challenge of working for the base attorney and helping him resolve legal issues of fellow sailors.

Excellent attorney for someone who needs help with "the system"

Mark helped me clear my name within a system that was against us. There are politics in this system of justice we have and the politics don't end until you get a jury trial. My troubles were with Denver Police and a local business called ComedyWorks. Both of these entities had a history of abuse. At the time I thought this history would clear my name. But the problem with the legal system is you need a guide to work within the system . . . and Mark was my guide . . . and a very good one. Once you are in the system, you can't get out and you are guilty until you prove you're not. It is all about what you can prove. You need a guide. And when you subpoena government entities . . . they are gonna give you what they want to give you and nothing more. They will also stretch the truth into lies. . . . You need a guide and Mark was mine. And I am thankful.

Although we had a judge that didn't believe us, I would hire Mark again. He was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. He was pateint with us as we do not know legal terms, laws etc. He always kept us in the know and supplied us with info at the same time respecting our decision to fight our accusers. He was calm in the courtroom and spoke to us in basic English instead of high tech law language. Thanks Mark - Mahalo
