Recently, I have had the displeasure of being party to dealings with Louis Underbakke, who claims to be an accomplished attorney. Mr. Underbakke seems oddly ignorant of the law, in general. At best, he seems to have a very immature understanding of the law, somewhat reminiscent of an overeager first-year law student attempting to actually practice the law. And, in my opinion, equally as striking, Mr. Underbakke also seems to possess a very limited degree of critical and strategic thinking capabilities…talents and aptitudes that I was led to believe are a requisite for a successful attorney. If you are looking for an attorney who will charge his hourly rate and produce questions and declarations indicative of a simpleton and fail to move your agenda forward at all, Louis Underbakke is your guy, in my opinion. If you are looking for even an average attorney…keep looking.
Mr. Underbakke provided immediate assistance. I was deeply impressed by his concern for his client. He advised on all the options and risks with an astounding sincerity and with a view to his client's interest. He contributed most professional and trustworthy knowledge and experience.
I am a client of Lou Underbakke for 4 years now, and I am very happy with him. I consult him for legal help in personal and business matters. He is honest, sincere, and keeps me informed of important turns in the legal process. He also calls me back promptly, within a day, and is very easy to reach.
