Can I sue my mortgage company?

Depending on the basis of the mortgage company's actions and whether this is a business practice they employ against many similarly situated homeowners who's mortgages they purchase. If its an isolated situation, then you may still have grounds for a lawsuit but you might be a strong class representative in a class action against this company.
