    in theory he could but as a practical matter, it would be hard as the felony might very well disqualify him from living in the USA. you probably need to at least consult an immigration lawyer in your area or at least dallas. elizabeth carillo is a good one in dallas.

    that is right, the file will go to the ICE attorney who is prosecuting your removal proceeding. your lawyer should wiggle it out of there and get it to the nvc. file a I 824

    as a tourist he is not subject to a lifetime ban as a matter of law.but do you really think that the amcon general will give him another visa to come back? the visa waiver won't help him either as he will get screened when he steop off the plane. though it is a petty offense, he has to remember that there are millions who want to come whot won't rip off the innkeeper. enjoy the magic kingdom before you go home

    well it might but we would beliving in a pretty paranoid world if it did. still, did you tell you phone carrier. those are the real theives. but that is another story. report it because someone could use it in your place to steal you personal information

    applying for an ead is not rocket science and you probalby do not need a lawyer. just download the I 765, read the instructions and file it by certified mail. it can be tricky, but you can do it. good luck, tom

    you should not be deported if you have an application pending. you should carry your id with you and a copy of the receipt. failure to id gets more people arrested than just about anything else.
