In 21 years of practice, I have represented debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors' committees in cases under every chapter of the Bankruptcy Code. I have experience in trying cases and in appellate practice. My current practice consists primarily of representing creditors, business debtors and trustees in bankruptcy court.
