Yes, unless you signed a settlement agreement, you can rescind your verbal agreement. If you think the settlement can range between 2 or 12,000 you may benefit from obtaining legal representation. Studies show that people who are represented receive a larger settlement.

You have a right to be told the status of your case, any offers being made, any upcoming deadlines or hearings, and other information. It is crucial for an attorney to communicate closely with their clients. If you do not feel that your attorney is listening to you, you should confront them and demand a response. Unfortunately, yes, but t depends on a few issues. Did you own the vehicle or is she in your policy? And how old is your daughter? I would first call your insurance company and have them help you. If it's your insurance they are after, your insurance should provide a defense for you - that's part of what you pay for in your premium. Speak to them first, if you don't get the information you need, consult with an attorney. Most attorneys offer free consultations, you may not need an...

You will need to file a claim and demand your out of pocket expenses. There are some questions - was your wife injured? If so, it is imperative that you speak to an attorney to make sure that she gets the medical care she needs and that her bills will be paid. Does your own coverage include rental? If so, use it and let your insurance company get reimbursed from the person who hit your wife. If you can, consult with an attorney in your area.

I'm sorry you are going through this ordeal. In order to clear your record, it will be important for you to hire an attorney to help you with that problem since it could be complicated. False allegations are easy to make and once something is said, it becomes necessary to refute it with evidence - unfair since they're lying but it's important that facts are backed up with evidence, and then it is easier for the truth to come out.

Did you rent the car and opt not to insure it through them or do you not have any insurance at all on your own? If you have your own insurance, advise them of what happened, and they will handle it for you. If you do not have insurance, you are going to need to find the person who hit you and file a claim against them. Unfortunately, Enterprise has no obligation to go after the person who hit you.

If you are asking if it is too late because it is 4 days after the wreck, the short answer is no. If you are hurt, you should definitely go see a doctor - it is important for you to determine what injuries you may have sustained, including internal injuries such as injuries to your spinal column, depending on the severity of the hit. If your car is totaled, I would be surprised if you are not suffering from any type of injury. Go seek medical care, and discuss your accident with an attorney...
