Not one that claims to be a trial lawyer but one that can show you a track record. Expect to pay for what you get and be honest with them during your interview. Get busy.

    the only thing i have to add to these two good answers posted is that you should give your original attorney the chance to fully explain the way things are done in this jurisdiction and listen to the answer given. If you don't understand the answer then explain why and patiently allow the attorney to break it down for you.

    you don't need one of us to answer this on the internet you need to use the "find an attorney" section of avvo.com to find a criminal defense attorney from your jurisdiction (court location) that practices in this area of the law and let them help you through this. The probation department is not there to help you through this issue and you need to understand that. Hire the best lawyer you can afford as soon as possible.

    Use the "find an attorney" section of avvo.com to find a criminal defense or traffic offense attorney in Maryland to help you with this. You should be prepared to pay that attorney for their time in pulling the official court documents in your cases so have all the information ready to share with the lawyer that Avvo.com directs you to. If you want things done right then be willing and ready to hire an attorney that does excellent work.

    Ted is a well known DUI attorney from Illinois so I would follow his advise. Also make sure that the address listed on your drivers license is valid so that you will receive any "official" notices you receive in regard to your drivers license status.
