Outcome: Overturned finding of intoxication.

Description: This case went to arbitration where the Laredo Police Department's Disciplinary Review Board and it's Chief of Police's decision to suspend client for ten days without pay was reversed. More importantly, their rush to judgment and finding of intoxication was reversed and my client's public image was restored.
