I have trial experience in the miltiary and private sectors. This includes military, state and federal trials. I also have appellate experience in both briefing as well as oral argument. My law licenses include the ability to practice in the State of Arizona, New Jersey, Texas, and New York. I also have licenses to practice before federal courts, which include the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Eastern District of Texas, Southern District of Texas and Central District of Illinois.
In Multi-District Litigation, which is a field of product liability litigation, I have performed work for the Plaintiff's Steering Committee during the In Re Trasylol Product Liability Litigation. I have also been named as a member of the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for In Re Zimmer Knee Product Liability Litigation. In addition, I am working with the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for In Re American Medical Systems, Inc. Pelvic Mesh Product Liability Litigation and In Re Boston Scientific Corporation Pelvic Mesh Product Liability Litigation.
