Professional and Personable Attorney

John Cummings wrote me a demand letter that resulted in a favorable settlement that I was extremely happy with. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond by following up with me and the other party to ensure the settlement was carried out properly. I found John to be an extremely tru...stworthy attorney who you can count on. John handled my case very professionally and was extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend John Cummings as an attorney.

If the occasion rises again for legal help, I would call on Mr. Cummings without hestitation.

I feel very fortunate to have found Mr. Cummings for my Attorney needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Cummings if you find yourself in need of legal help.

Good Lawyer

John went out of his way and help me in my case. He keep me informed on every little detil. He would call or my email. We have become good friends. Just not as a client. If he did not know the answer he would go out and find it. He has help me and my wife in alot of differnt matters. Even if it was n...ot in his field he would give us the names of other lawyers that are in the field.

Caring, Honest Attorney

My husband and I have retained Mr. Cummings services on a couple of issues. He has always gone out of his way to keep us informed, explain the whole process in a manner that we could understand and always stood true to his word. Mr. Cummings was at all times reachable and approachable, fair in his de...alings, communicative and knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He has changed my prior, pre-conceived notion of attorneys in general and I would trust him to handle any case I had that he felt was within his realm of expertise.

John Cummings

John was a great lawyer. He was professional, but friendly and personable. He obviously cared about my dad's situation and did everything in his power to help him. I would recommend John to anyone, especially to people who think that all lawyers are 'crooked.' John restores the image of a lawyer ...as a friend and a help.
