Hired Mr. Tkach's law office to address a speeding ticket in Dallas and was not terribly pleased with the results. I was mailed a letter informing me of a warrant for my arrest and immediately contacted the court. The court informed me that the law office never filed on my behalf; assuming that it must have been a case of miscommunication I attempted to contact the law office to no avail. None of my emails or voicemails were replied to.

Hired to work a traffic violation, I was notified that I had a warrent out for non-payment and now it will cost me more. Called and the "customer no service" basically said it was my fault

This office represented me for traffic a traffic ticket, They went to court but failed to notify me of court date or judgement.
Now I am out the $250 I paid them and have to pay $700 to the court.
I called them because I received warrant notices from the city my ticket was in and they informed me that if I would have called within 30 days of them going to court they could have filed an extention or something... problem is I HAD NO IDEA WHEN THEY WENT TO COURT they do not notify you. What a waste of money and now no lawyer can help me keep this off my driving record.

I didn't even get past the legal assistant and already the customer service was horrendous. The (un)professionalism started there, when I called back to get her name to let Todd know he needed new support staff, another lady answered and said she would transfer me to his voicemail. I was on hold and never transferred. Seems to me like Todd and his staff are pathetically inept.

I contracted with your firm on 6/3/2011 to represent me with Dallas County. My receipt says you will have a court date set and contact me.
I spoke to your office on 9/7/2011 when I received a letter from Dallas Attorneys saying the case was going to collection and again on 10/28 as the case is going to warrant. Your associate told me there was no assurance that you were handling the case. This is very disappointing given the promise of customer service you make on your home page.

I have not received any communication from you.
Do you intend to carry out your promises?

worthless, you better off doing it yourself. I used him and two years later received a call from dallas county saying I had a warrant out for my arrest. Do yourself a favor and DON'T USE THIS GUY!

Takes your money for speed ticket...... then agrees to deferred adjudication... so your out his fees and the court fees. I could have just signed for deferred adjudication myself and saved the $50.00

Don't use these guys for speeding tickets or you might end up with a warrant out for your arrest. I was very fortunate that I called and called to try and stay on top of my case and was finally notified late on a Friday afternoon that the ticket had to payed by Monday or a warrant would be issued. Yes I had to call them they didn't notify me of anything. I will never use these people again.

Mr Tkach has successsfully represented me on a few occosions throughout the years. He has successfully represented me and other family members in order to have traffic tickets either dismissed completely or kept from being on our driving record. Mr Tkach has allso done some contract work for my business and graciously helped my mother negotiate her long term disability case. I have recommended Mr Tkach to several friends and relatives and as far as I know there have always been positive outcomes. I trust the Tkach firm because they are always honest with me, set the expectation upfront so there are no surprises and take my calls whenever I have a need. Good all around firm.

Todd Tkach has represented me on several traffic citations and other matters. Mr. Tkach always gets citations handled for me with no impact on my driving record. I am a commercial airline pilot and having a clean DMV record is a must. I would recommend this law firm to anyone.

I hate to admit it, but this is the fourth time that I've used the firm of Todd E. Tkach for traffic citations in the past six months and each time his firm has exceeded my expectations. Todd and his firm performed just as advertised in getting my fines reduced, navigating the legal system, and getting the citations expunged from my record. Given the the various locations of my offenses, his firm was able to successfully negotiate on my behalf in multiple jurisdictions at an affordable price. The overall process was very simple. I called gave the information over the phone to a representative who was professional and curtious and i was explained the entire process from beginning to end. They let me know what was going on throughout the whole situation.

Went into the office with a traffic citation I'd forgotten about that had become a warrant. I was charged $75 and THEN told it would take ~3 DAYS to clear the warrant! They already charged me (non refundable) so I had little choice but to sweat it out. I called 3 days later to verify the warrant was lifted...then I was told a story about some delays, office trouble, etc...and that it wasnt even submitted until the day before. Once I was told I would have to sweat it out another day and a half PLUS over the weekend...I called the JP and had the warrant lifted myself (over the phone even), and the court date reset.

I understand people get busy, sick, etc... but these people are hired (paid up front even) to defend us against this twisted revenue stream known as traffic tickets/municipal courts. It might just be a paperwork glitch to them, but if I'm arrested, that costs me my freedom, plus if things were really bad, it could cost someone their job, home, etc... It is VERY serious business. If you're too busy to offer 100% focus to your legal customers...STOP TAKING IN NEW CLIENTS until you have room!!!

This lawyer mislead me after I hired him. I was told my case was dismissed when it hadnt been and also I received the same fine I would have if I had just payed for the ticket up front. It was a waste of my time and money to hire him.

IF AN ATTORNEY CAN NOT REPRESENT U AND WIN ON A CASE THATS NOT EVEN U,WHY WOULD I HIRE THEM FOR SOMETHING THAT IS ME,I hired this attorney to take care of a ticket in which someone used my name and these so called attorneys went down there and plead out on a park curfew ticket and also got me deferred adj. on this curfew ticket mind u which isnt me and isnt a moving violation ticket and i had to pay a fine,my signature didnt match the ticket,I could have beat this myself but i have a disabled father that i care for 24/7 so thats why i hired them so people beware!!!!!!!!
