Handled the case minimally well initially, but did not pursue collection or identifying assets for six figure judgment. Failed to maintain any pertinent records, and I subsequently lost a summary judgment on ability to collect due to lack of physical proof that judgment had not expired. (Proof existed, just unable to provide to court prior to summary judgment.) Total incompetence or lack of concern, not sure which.
Very professional! I've used Michael on several different things and have found him to do a thorough job. He's easy to talk to, very responsive, and gives me options about which I wouldn't otherwise have known.
I highly recommend Michael for any family law situation
I've known Michael for approximately 25 years. In addition to the great humanitarian that he is, as an attorney, I find him to be very knowledgeable and skillful in the area of estate planning. He is very thorough and adept , always looking to address the important issues and act in the clients best interest in these matters. I utilitzed his services for my estate planning needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of estate planning, probate or asset protection strategy.
My company was assisting a person who should have been Medicaid eligible, but for one unusual circumstance. Mr. Wald concisely suggested a correction, which saved the family money and time.
I met and interfaced with Michael over a two day professional seminar meeting. I , too, am an attorney at law. His questions and participation over the two days demonstrated a serious and dedicated commitment to his legal areas of expertise. He very capably articulated the work and services he has provided to his clients in the past and continues now (after a short hiatus) to provide.
