After my 61 day wait period, I submitted my uncontested final divorce decree for the judge to approve.

You should be fine without the VINs. It would be best to get and write them in the Decree, but it won't stop the judge from signing it.

Going through a divorce in McKinney Texas

Asked by a user in Mckinney, TX - 20 days ago.

The mortgage company will go after you, the debtor. The county may go after you both since your names are on the title. She can just move out. And not pay. You need to get her to sign a deed transferring her interest in the home to you, then sell it.

File a motion to enforce the decree, ask the judge to appoint a receiver to sell her car and pay off the note. You will need an attorney to help.
