I hired Gary Frost through his firm to represent my Dad in his Adjustment of Status case. My Dad's case was a very complicated one and at one point, we felt like it was all but certain that he would be removed. My Dad's case was an uphill battle from the word "go." However, in simply a matter of just over a month, we went from my Dad probably being removed to my Dad finally getting the Permanent Residency that had eluded him for 25+ years. Gary was highly professional and I could tell that the Judge held Gary in high regard. It meant a lot to me to be able to sit in a court room and see the way the Judge interacted with Gary, with respect. This is not something we would have gotten out of our former lawyer. As we sat in the court room, rather than freaking out about what was going on, I felt very at ease knowing that Gary was on our team. I've never made a better choice in my life in the one that I made by retaining the services that Gary Frost provided.

I hired Mr. Frost to work my citizenship case and he did extremely well. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. From the very beginning he briefed me on how the process works and what I should be expecting. In about 3 - 4 months I became a US citizen.
If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, please don't look anywhere else. Go to his law firm and ask for him specifically. If possible tell him to assign your case to the paralegal, Ereka. She is very great and she will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Mr. Frost, I want to use this medium to say thank you for the good work done.

Mr. Gary Frost took on my adjustment of status case. He and his staff have done a great job compiling the numerous needed documents and evidence for my case. Mr. Frost has accompanied us to the interview which has proved to be critical. I would say that our interview has started very typical but gradually it has gotten more difficult due the broad language used in the application documentation. During the interview, Mr. Frost has intervened to paraphrase and clarify the questionnaire in order for us to provide accurate and suitable answers. Whether you are attempting to maintain, extend or adjust your immigration status, this law firm will provide you with the most up to date information regarding your immigration options as the laws/rules continues to change almost every year. They will take the time to explain the many steps of the immigration process, including likely length of processing time, reasonable expectations, critical timelines and dates, evidence, documentations that may be necessary to build a solid case. They will also make sure you are prepared for the interview process when that critical time comes. I strongly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Frost, may have gone to Law school and graduated from a prestige school but people skills you learn that at home. Mr. Frost, told me and my husband who was in deportation since 1998 and detained for 4 weeks in 2011, without any criminal background or tickets, that we have to sale our house, business and get ready to get out of this contry without shaking our hands and giving any advice. we when with Mitchelle Saenz-Rodriguez firm in Dallas, Tx. We where treat like a family, always!!!!, never false hopes, but never, ever, give up on our case. work hard as she could, letting us know any step of the way. turn in I-30 and I-485 together, September 2012, finger printed October 2012. Got a interview letter for February 15th, 2013. president's day the following monday (february 18th), inmigration closed.mitchelle Saenz-Rodriguez got a phone call from the office who interview us, and told them, my husband was ready to go!!!!!!! his I-485 was approved and and a officially a GREEN CARD HOLDER! 5 months later!!!!
Foster, you may have a great office location but you are as far away from been wherever you wnat to be and proyect, as long you don't change they way you take your cases and clients. usually, inmigrants are people that not only come to make a better future in this contry, but have a family oriented back ground, and that what you lack of!
as I said, before............ SAYONARA

My husband WAS detained in a detention center, facing the possibility of deportation. As of today, my husband is home, where he belongs, with the judge granting his cancellation of removal, and he was able to keep his permanent resident status here in the United States. This was made possible by Mr. Gary Frost and paralegal, Eduardo Amaro. Their ongoing efforts, honesty and straightforwardness with our case, and promptness to responding to any questions or concerns that we may have had are much appreciated by our family. Mr. Frost kept in contact with my husband, as well as myself, on a regular basis, keeping us well informed and updated on our case. Mr. Frost was wonderful to work with, guiding us through this long and difficult process with such conviction and compassion, that he gave my family and I that peace of mind of hope and encouragement that everything will be fine. And it did!!! I highly recommend the law firm of Chavez & Valko to anyone with immigration matter(s). They are true professionals, and very respectful individuals. To Gary and Eduardo, we are truly thankful for all of your hard work with our case. You were always available to us when we needed you, and made us feel very important. We are eternally grateful to you both. Please continue doing what you do because you guys really do change lives. You truly are the best!

I hired the firm Chavez & Valko for my deportation issues, Mr Frost took my case and we are so appreciative of his hard work and dedication to my case. He was very professional and informative. We were very concerned at first of the outcome, but Mr. Frost and his staff made the process so understandable and eased our concern and fear. I am in great debt to them for helping me, and my family. I would highly recommend Chalvez & Valko for any immigration issues.

I would like to thank Chavez & Valko LLP and his staff for all the help and support that they did for me and my case. I came with J1 visa and over stayed. My visa was not a subject to 2 years of home residency and Chavez & Valko services helped me to prove that, and prepared all papers I needed for the interview. Ms. Cielo Pineda and Ms. Liset Lefebvre were always there for me to answer any of my calls and emails concerning my legal matters. I was very satisfied with their services and I thank Mr. Valko for all his help and advice. I got my Green Card just in a few months after we applied. I strongly recommend this legal office. They were very professional, polite, and gave me a good price.
Thank you again.

My family and I arrived in the U.S. in 1984 as refuges from Iran. Soon after our arrival, we hired an attorney. After working with him for five years, he was unsuccessful at helping us. Consequently, we hired a new attorney only to face yet another unsuccessful attempt gaining a resident status. Prior to working with Mr. Chavez, we went through six attorneys, as our case was extremely complicated. Even though several appeals had been made by our previous attorneys for a motion to reopen our case, they were always denied. We were being forced to do a voluntary deportation. Every year after the September 11th tragedy occurred, the immigration laws became stricter and our lives were impacted even more.
Due to our status, we were slowly losing all of our rights. Before September 11, we had no trouble working and never had to check in with immigration but after, our lives were never the same.
Due to these newly enforced laws we were under strict ICE supervision. We worked with the Chavez and Valko firm for a few years and through hard work, dedication, determination and devotion to our case, Mr. Chavez was able to reopen our case. At this point Mr. Gary Frost was the attorney handling our case.
One thing we can say about Mr. Frost is that he is very diligent and was always the most prepared person in the courtroom. He was ready for anything and was well respected by the judge. Both Mr. Chavez and Mr. Frost were honest and open about everything pertaining to our case. They were thorough in their explanations regarding the steps taken with our case. They are a very organized firm and keep clients posted on every detail of their case.
Because Mr. Chavez's perseverance and thanks to Mr. Frost's endless preparation of our case, we were grated our green cards after being in this country for over twenty five years.
What separates Mr. Chavez and Mr. Frost from our past attorney's is that they put their hearts into their work and are compassionate. They care about the clients and genuinely desire a happy ending just as much as we did. I recommend the Chavez and Valko Firm to anyone seeking legal residence. Having dealt with several other attorneys I can honestly say that they are the best!
