Biography
Todd Ramsey offers clients his expertise in the preparation and trial of catastrophic personal injury cases. Prior to joining PayneMitchell Law Group as Of Counsel, Todd was a partner with Bailey, Crowe & Kugler L.L.P., where he represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases involving serious injury and death. He also brings valuable experience as counsel to a number of large corporations, giving him keen insight into the legal strategies and goals of corporate defendants.
In his distinguished career, Todd has handled legal matters for plaintiffs in the areas of product liability, business disputes, pharmaceutical negligence, vehicle collisions, nursing home negligence and class actions. He has worked on cases involving truck wrecks, aviation cases, motorcycle crashes, oil field injuries, helicopter crashes, medical malpractice cases, boat crashes and general negligence cases.
A member of the Dallas Bar Association, Todd has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV) through a peer review evaluation. He has been twice selected by D Magazine as one of The Best Lawyers Under 40, and was recognized by Texas Monthly as a Texas Rising Star in 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2009. For providing unpaid legal services to the poor, Todd has been inducted into the Pro Bono College by the State Bar of Texas in 2008 and 2009.
