Description: Father was riding on a motorcycle when a person pulled her vehicle in front of him. He hit the truck and died at the scene. We were able to prove the driver was at fault and obtained experts to establish our damages and liability. We also prepared a video reenactement of the accident that assisted us in resolving the case weeks before trial.
