Can a grocery store be liable for damage vehicle cause by shopping carts?

Can inurance co. avoid paying even when police report indicate aacident caused by their client?

Did your daughter have insurance at the time of the accident? If so, you should notify them immediately. They may cover (at least until liability is determined) the rental car costs and medical treatment for your daughter.
