Mr. Mickelson was very helpful when an individual affiliated with my company but not employed by me was prosecuted for Medicare fraud. Mick Mickelsen represented me in a federal criminal trial and won an acquittal verdict. It was a complicated trade secret case and Mick took the time to understand the technical details and was able to quickly parse the important case relevant facts from the trivial information. Mick's performance ...in court was superb. Quite different from his usual soft spoken demeanor, once he gets in the court he is very sharp and aggressive. No details escaped his attention when it came to cross examining witnesses. His logic is flawless and his arguments are strong. I had a defense team of three wonderful attorneys and I give all of them credit for winning the acquittal verdict. However I believe Mick's direct examination of myself was probably the most important piece of evidence that the jury considered.
