This action resulted during a difficult personal time due to family medical issues about 10 years ago. I was distracted from the practice and did not have adequate staff for a brief period. Since that time I've ensured that the office is always properly staffed and I have more tightly controlled our case levels so that each client always receives prompt and direct service from me. No complaints or disciplinary actions have occurred since. less
