Keenan M. Post is an attorney with Post Warren Lindstrom, LLP with offices in Overland Park and Topeka, Kansas, maintaining licenses to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. Keenan's practice is focused on lifetime estate planning, including the preparation and review of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills. Upon death there are many important estate and income tax issues to consider. Having degrees in accounting and a masters of laws in taxation (post law school), Keenan is uniquely qualified to assist in all aspects of probate, estate, and trust administration. Additionally, Keenan handles all types of business and real estate matters, from drafting asset and real estate purchase and sales agreements to employment and buy-sell agreements between shareholders.
