Take it from me because for decade...s, I was foolish enough to believe that I understood our legal system “well enough.” Well enough for my purposes. Well enough to consider myself a fierce advocate for good people who had done nothing illegal or even immoral. I believed that if the truth was on your side, that everything would ultimately be ok. I probably don’t have to mention this but I was terribly mistaken. However I’m not writing this review to weigh in about our legal system or to place blame in any particular direction. That ship has sailed, my friends. I’m writing this because … should you find yourself or someone you love in the unfortunate position of being up against the bureaucracy and complexity of the law, I hope you are fortunate enough to find Phyllis. Phyllis is the kindest, most compassionate attorney you could ever hope to meet. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable, fiercely dedicated, and perhaps most importantly, she will give you the kind of honest advice you never knew you could expect from an attorney. Most attorneys can’t offer it because they’re not Phyllis. Phyllis works tirelessly and I am telling you — everything she does is for her clients. Its not for herself except that she roots fiercely the underdogs of the world. That is something I will always admire about Phyllis. Because she is far too modest to ever acknowledge this herself, I should also tell you that this woman has earned the respect of countless judges and prosecutors, who remember her long after their first encounter with her in a courtroom. I have heard their stories and their testimonies speak volumes about the kind of attorney Phyllis is. She is an exceptional advocate, the wisest counsel, and The person you want in your corner. In the legal world, stakes are high, systems can overwhelm, and you might end up feeling very small. Phyllis will give you a voice though, and it’s the one you need. This lawyer did not do a thing for me and talks way too much on the phone. Do not go to her, she will charge you money just to call you every week and talk for hours and she is delusional. I did everything on my part and she was a pain in the butt. Please do not ever work with this lawyer. The worst ...experience i have ever had. She is a scammer. The initial reason I decided to go with Phyllis Weinberger instead of another attorney was because she offered all the attorney fees back if she wasn't able to knock the points off my liscense. She managed to get my 30 mph in a work zone misdemeanor dropped with no points on my liscense, only had to ...pay court fees and do 10 hours of community service. Besides the legal aspect of this, Phyllis was also very personable and comforting. She was always there on the phone when I was having a tough time and eased my mind every time. I would definitely recommend Phyllis Weinberger to anyone in need of a lawyer. In fact, I've already referred her to a friend and she helped her get very minimal charges for her THIRD DUI.
