Biography
I have practiced law in Cook County since 1979. I was an assistant State's Attorney until 1988, and have been in private practice ever since. From 1992 to 2006 I was an associate with downtown firms that concentrated in handling medical malpractice, personal injury, work injury, product liability, nursing home negligence, and premises liability claims. I grew up on Chicago's Eastside, graduated from Mt. Carmel H.S., St. Mary's University of Minnesota, and Drake University Law School. I am a member of the Illinois Bar Association, a former delegate Assembly, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Justinian Society of Lawyers.
