I am the president and managing partner of the Chicago litigation firm of Lipe Lyons Murphy Nahrstadt & Pontikis Ltd., responsible for all aspects of litigation with an emphasis on defending product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance bad faith and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts around the country. I have also handled a number of matters at the appellate level.
