Client Review:
I had an appointment with her and I had to cancel and sent my cancellation through an email. I figured that I made the appointment through email and that I could cancel through email. But she never got my email. So I received an email from her stating that I owe her $50 for a missed appointment. I never was informed about a fee for missed appointments from the start. This was very disappointing to say the very least and I didnt even meet her.

Lawyer's Comment: As this person points out, they never met me and they were never my client. It is false for them to imply that they were a client or that i handled any matter for them in this "client review".

Only one time can I remember ever charging for a missed appointment. In that instance, the individual failed to keep their appointment three times and was angry that I would not set yet another appointment with them again. This sounds like the same individual.

I loved being represented by Ms. Ainsworth she is very knowledgeable and prepared for anything when she enters the courtroom. Ms. Ainsworth always keeps her clients best interest in mind. She someone that does not mine being thought of as the underdog because that's when she fights hardest, and in my case came out prevailing over one of the most, well know law firms in Chicago.
