I was very pleased with the representation that was provided by Att. Brent. Every step along the way, he was able to answer any questions that came up, and his performance in court was outstanding! For some reason after researching many other attorneys in that area, I knew he was the best! My dui was reduced to a lesser charge and I was pleased!
I had been arrested on an outstanding warrant having failed to complete my dui classes and community service from two years prior. I had no idea if I was going to jail or what was going to happen. I reached out to Brent with less than a week to go before I was due in court. I asked him if it was possible to stay out of jail and keep my license (and subsequently my job). Brent told me to relax and assured me he could help me out of the situation i had gotten myself in. I completed all my classes and service and today the whole ordeal is over with. Brent was there every second helping me through all of it. I wasn't a fan of my first lawyer, who sent a different associate to represent me everytime, and couldn't remember my name if it wasn't on the check in front of him. Brent was the best and although I hope I never need a lawyer again, I wouldn't trust anyone but Brent.
To just about anyone getting a DUI is one of the worst things that can happen to you. That is exactly how I felt, and not only that but I am underage. It was a very intimidating experience for me and I literally had no idea what I was going to do. That was until I was referred to Brent. I could not have asked for a better lawyer to defend my case. He made it easy for me to accept the situation I was in and was very helpful and enlightening. Needless to say, he made me feel very comfortable during a difficult situation. He knew how nervous I was and didn't just ignore that, he genuinely cared and helped me the entire way. He is very personable and selfless. I had a fantastic outcome and couldn't have asked it to go any better than it did. If you are ever in this situation, call Brent and take a breath, it'll be okay!
As with most people, I was extremely nervous going into trying to resolve my situation. I had an issue with a DUI from several years ago and no longer reside in the state of IL. From the get go I did several researches on numerous sites and received consultations from close to 9 laywers total. Price by comparison was very reasonable.
Most importantly, the communication was good and the expectations set as well as the end result exceeded my original expectations. I am happy to say that I feel the financial investment was well wroth it. What stoof out was his relationships within the Dupage County courthouse. I believe it made a difference in negotiating certains terms of my case with the prosecutor. I can say that I am happy to be on my way to completely resolve the situation. Happy I chose him.
Brent was able to obtain the best possible outcome for my circumstances: court supervision, the lowest fine and community service possible and dismissal of the moving violation which lead to the DUI. He charged a flat fee, so in a very real sense it would maximize his profits to have as few court appearances as possible and yet he never hesitated to file motions that resulted in more court appearances, in an effort to leverage our position. In the end, I was the one who decided we had reached the best deal possible; he was completely willing to keep putting in more time. He is extremely professional in appearance and conduct, standing out among the other DUI attorneys I spent time observing at court, and is also very personable and reassuring, which was extraordinary comforting during such a stressful ordeal. Do not hesitate to hire Brent; he is at the top of his field.
Brent guided me through the legal process kept me updated on all the proceediings and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend his services to anyone.
I was stopped in Naperville for a DUI back in 2013. I thought I the world was ending. Brent stepped in and basically saved the day. He explained all the possible consequences, and advised me that he would do his very best to spare me the worst. He did. I probably deserved worse than I got, because it was an extremely dumb mistake on my part. Brent always kept my expectations realistic, but he was also confident in our chances of a good result, which we got. His explanations and expertise in these cases was encouraging and reassuring, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He even took another case of mine, on the fly, without so much as a second thought. Though it wasn't a DUI this time, Brent did what he had to in order to find out about the new issue and resolve it. His fees were very reasonable, and far far less than most of the other attorneys I consulted. The only 2 who were less expensive also seemed to be both newer and less concerned with explaining the possible bad outcomes to me in the beginning. In choosing Brent, I chose to pay a slightly higher price for the value of experience and understanding. I doubt any other attorney, for more or less money, could have gotten me the resolution that Brent did. For that, I am truly thankful.
Brent is very experienced and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the personalization he provides is very hard to find. You are not another number with him. Highly recommended!
Being arrested for a DUI is a terrible experience that I would not wish upon anyone. However, we all are human and make bad decisions, and we all have to deal with the consequences of these mistakes. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to face these consequences, I would highly recommend that you choose Mr. Christensen as your legal representative. His expertise in his field was invaluable to me, and I can not begin to thank him enough for his services. Thank you Brent.
Handled my case with knowledge and confidence making me feel at ease and getting me a not guilty of the charge of DUI. I would say I'd use him again, but I've learned my lesson. Definitely would recommend to friends and colleagues.
