Description: Plaintiff sued alleging a violation of the Illinois Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Successfully argued that claim should be dismissed pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 103(b). Further, successfully obtained judgment for attorneys fees for my client. Plaintiff appealed the judgment. Successfully challenged appeal with Appellate court affirming order of the Trial court.
