Most parenting plans are approved and adopted by the court, making them a court order. If you don't comply with the parenting plan, you can be held in contempt for violating the parenting plan. The only way to avoid complying with the parenting plan is to get a court order that relieves you of that responsibility. One way to do that is to file a motion with the judge and see if they'll allow you to keep the child in your care until you can have a hearing. There aren't great forms for this kind of motion (typically called an Ex Parte Motion to Amend Parenting Plan), so I encourage you to contact a lawyer in your area for assistance.
