Mr. McNamara has earned significant recognition in the legal arena, including "highest possible rating" in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, "AV Preeminent" (Martindale-Hubbell rating organization), certification as a Minnesota State Courts Family Law Early Neutral Evaluator, as a "Leading American Attorney" (American Research Corporation), and being named in multiple categories of the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics annual "Who's Who" editions.
