My revocation period will end July 23 (4 days away). Will it automatically reinstate itself? Or do I need to go to the DMV?

Do you have a limited license? If so, you are legal to drive for those limited purposes. Now that the government is back up and running, I would call the DPS at 651-296-2025 and ask them if they will reinstate your license. To be safe, don't drive until you know you can. Good luck.
