If you ask Mr. Passe to return your phone call, don't expect him to. A pending criminal charge can be very important to the defendent; it clearly isn't to Mr. Passe. He "kind of" knows what he's doing, but overall is a far too expensive for a mediocre attorney. If you want the best result, get the best attorney... which is unlikely Mr. Passe.

I WON a criminal trial that's been going on for over a year and a half. I've been accused of two felony and one misdemeanor count that happened 6 years ago. It was one of those messy case where papers between the victim, police department and district attorney were either misplace, not sent, not received or lost. My previous attorney(later became a DA assistant) told me to take a plea cause i was guilty and they had my prints(i later found out that no investigation was done and they had no prints). Even with the lack of investigation by the Wisconsin HOLMEN POLICE, lack of credential witnesses, lack of evident, and a mistrial(caused from the victim), the district attorney assistant was still hungry. After getting Nick as my attorney, he went above and beyond my expectations. Did his own investigations and took all necessary pre-cautions to give me a right trial.

Great attorney to work with. Very honest, knowledgeable and intelligent. Always kept me well inform weeks ahead. He stands out in front of all other attorney i would say. I felt he was not just my attorney, but also a friend.
