What rights do I have when ending a same-sex relationship in WI?

There is no clear answer because marital property laws and Chapter 767 divorce laws do not apply. Any assets acquired during the time period when the parties acted as a joint enterprise must be divided equitably between the parties unless the court determines that the contested asset was acquired by independent means, outside the joint enterprise's domain. Should mom take dad back to court after 15 years divorced?

Sadly after 15 years there is almost no possibility of reopening the judgment. Generally a motion to reopen must be made within 1 year, and in cases of fraud "within a reasonable time." Fifteen years is simply too long. The statute of limitations for suing your lawyer is generally 6 years.

Will an unpaid debt for my single member llc be reporte on my personal credit?

It will not likley be reported on your personal credit unless you personally guaranted or perhaps incurred the loan inyour personal name, rathewr than the name of the LLC.
