Yes, a person who is behind on child support can get married and the person who is receiving the support does not need to approve of the marriage.

My Wife is Divorcing me - She is Petitioner; need to Answer Summons according to Wis Statute 802.....Have Read Law. Any Tip?

If you wish to deny any of the allegations in the Petition, you must file a Response and serve it on the Petitioner's Attorney or on the Petitioner, if she is pro se, within 20 days of the service of the Petition on you. See Wis Stat. Sec. 767.215(3). If you wish to counterclaim for divorce or for custody, the counterclaim must be incorporated wtih the response to the Petition.
