Posted by Judith Piccione Esq., a Contracts client,
Mr. Miller provided excellent service and brought about prompt resolution to a messy problem with regard to a lease and the parties to the lease. He was prompt and insightful and a strong advocate for his client. He treated all parties to to the conflict fairly and did an exceptional job getting the parties to agree to the amendment to the contract. HIs fees were reasonable and his knowledge of the legal issues superb. I recommend him without reservation and am extremely grateful for both his kindness and his professionalism.

Ethan was my divorce attorney for what should have been a very simple proceeding. However, the situation became quite complicated with real estate issues, unpaid taxes, non-compliance of the defendent, etc. The divorce proceedings extended for a year and the additional issues were not resolved until 2 years later. Ethan was very knowledgable and was always willing to do the necessary research when needed. On numerous occasions, he went above and beyond to develop innovative solutions to the problems at hand. I appreciated his insight and his patience throughout this very stressful time of my life.
I would highly recommend Ethan to anyone. He is someone you can trust to handle your case with the utmost probity and integrity.

Ethan is a straight forward, upfront, and knowledgeable attorney. I was confident that my case was in good hands. He was able to have various claims removed from my case with his well constructed arguments and research. Ethan is very patient which was very much required with my case. I would be happy to recommend Ethan.
Posted by George, a Landlord & Tenant client,
Ethan did a superb job for us in every regard. After leasing a new apartment, which we were then unable to move into due to severe pet odor left by the previous tennants, the landlord nevertheless refused to release us from our 12 month lease, and also retained our security deposit.
Our own repeated registered letters to both the management firm and owner had not even been acknowleged. Within two weeks of my first call to Ethan, he had obtained both a written release from all obligation, as well as the return of our full deposit plus interest. This was the best possible outcome we could have hoped for.
Ethan was prompt in all communication and kept us informed at every step of the process. Although this had the potential to turn into a bigger and somewhat expensive mess for us, it was still, no doubt, a small matter for an attorney, yet Ethan never treated it (or us) as such, and we felt well represented and well cared for throughout.
I would not hesitate to work with him again, and would gladly retain him for any legal matters in the future, whether large or small.

I own a business, so I've dealt with plenty of attorney's. I've hired five attorney's / law firms in my adult life, and Ethan is by far the best of them. He kept me in the loop, he knew what he needed to know, knew enough to ask when he didn't know enough, and had the backing of his firm when he needed that little extra bit of help.
He's helped me with business filings, provided advice on ethics and business law, helped me with a prenup when I got married, and helped me file a small claims suit against a dodgy vendor. And even better, we won the case.
I would recommend Ethan to anyone. He's a great attorney.
