About Me

I have represented employees in multiple nationwide class and collective actions, and focus my practice on wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act. I also represent clients in employee benefits disputes (ERISA), labor litigation, worker’s compensation litigation, and employment discrimination litigation.

I graduated with honors from Colgate University in 2002 and from the University of Wisconsin Law School with honors in 2007. During law school, I was the recipient of the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Attorneys’ Scholarship and was a member and competitor for the University of Wisconsin Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, I taught with an Americorps volunteer program in San Diego, California, represented employees for the Worker’s Rights Center (San Diego and Imperial Counties Labor Council, AFL-CIO), and lived and worked in Ecuador.

I am dedicated to seeking fair treatment for workers through the enforcement of labor and employment laws and am a zealous advocate for my clients.

  • C. Wade Harrison

David and I typically practice on opposite sides. Because of that I have had an opportunity to see him work firsthand. David is a very smart, thorough, creative attorney who strongly advocates for his clients. He also has the ability to distinguish between major and minor issues, which is a great asset when resolving cases. I never hesitate to recommend David to individuals looking for a plaintiff's attorney.
