George Fishback is an active trial attorney with 30 years experience
litigating personal injury cases. Since becoming a lawyer in 1979, he has
successfully handled well over 100 civil jury trials involving serious personal
injuries. He has obtained numerous jury verdicts in excess of $100,000, many in

tried cases in many of the counties in this state. He is also licensed to
practice in the United States District Courts in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois,
New York, Wisconsin and Texas. He has served as a court-appointed mediator in Wayne,
Genesee, Huron and Macomb counties. He has made numerous professional
presentations on the subjects of construction site accidents and maritime

Mr. Fishback has specialized in the representation of working people injured
in on-the-job accidents. He has represented numerous seamen, sailors,
longshoremen, dock workers and other maritime workers. He has also represented
building tradesmen from almost every craft and trade. While the majority of his
practice is focused on admiralty and maritime accident litigation and
construction accident litigation, he also has extensive experience handling
product liability cases, industrial accident cases and railroad accidents/FELA
