I aquired her services fir a case that should've been a month long according to the judge however the cade took almost 1yr. I would ALWAYS have to blow her phone up in order to get updates on my case. The case was very easy i provided her with a huge amount of evidence that she didn't use when it was... time to settle the case. I was supposed to receive at least 10k in settlement however she took the 1st low offer was not aggressive as a lawyer should be. Crystal is not a good, great or ok attorney she does mediocre work! Made numerous trips to her office for scheduled appointments only to have her not be there. Trust me find another lawyer!

TERRIBLE! Slow to respond if at all. Usually takes 2-3 months to return phone calls or emails. Finally had to fire her after 1 year and 9 months for almost no action on a supposedly 4 month case. Would not recommend her to anyone! Definitely don't pay her in advance. I'm out $1500 and no resolv...e to my case. Had to hire (and pay) another agent and case is almost resolved in 90 days!!!

Does not return calls promptly if at all. Once she gets your money, your case is no longer a priority. Took EIGHT months for a 2month case. Very friendly. Do not pay her in full until your case is done. Of course then she is CHEAP as far as lawyers go so I should have know because you always get what... you pay for. "If you pay 10 cents for a diamond ring you get a diamond ring that aint worth a dime."
