Outcome: Plaintiff's case dismissed

Description: Discover Bank again tried to prevent a discharge of my clients debt to them. They sued in Bankruptcy court by filing an adversary proceeding and alleging fraud by my client. After oral argument in front of the judge, I proved that my client did not commit any fraud. Three days later, the Plaintiff dismissed their case against my client.
