Mark Kelly Phillips

I am the proud father of three wonderful sons,  two of whom are now practicing with me, Brennan Michael Phillips and Mark Robert Phillips., and the youngest, who is a in college, is taking the LSAT this summer and is on his way to law school.  All three have the best characteristics of their mother, who I have been married to for almost 33 years.  We are an aggressive, compassionate law firm who vigorously defend the rights of those accused.  We are relentless in pursuing truth and justice and believe that all people are entitled to the protections of the Constitution and the Laws that govern our way of life.  We have been defending people for over 25 years.  We have a diverse criminal practice but find particular challenge in successfully fighting serious criminal cases, including capital offenses, sex crimes, and DUI charges throughout Indiana.   We also handle complex civil cases including personal Injury.  We are trial lawyers and only get involved with cases people want to challenge.  You can plead guilty for free.
