I represented two of the national consumer reporting agencies (Trans Union and Equifax) for more than five years collectively in more than 100 cases filed by consumers alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including cases of merged or mixed credit files, identity theft and other types of inaccurate reporting.
I now represent consumers whose credit reports contain inaccurate information or who allege other types of violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act against the consumer reporting agencies and the companies who furnish credit information to those agencies.
