Mark Edward Oium

Mr. Oium was the mediator in a libel and defamation case I had filed. I honestly thought that mediation was mostly a waste of time since my case was very contentious. Mr. Oium was very well prepared for the mediation, he took great care to understand my side, and worked very hard to come to a settlem...ent with both parties. In the end, we came to a settlement agreement that I was happy with and I attribute that to Mr. Oium's experience, wisdom and care. I very much appreciated his opinions on my case.
