Interacting with Mr. Shimko was absolutely horrible and I would advise any future
clients to stay as far away as possible. He was recently sanctioned by the Ohio Supreme Court
and it is a good thing. He did not follow through with what he said he would do in the discovery phase and refused to return my file at the end. He has a bad temper and turned it on me unnecessarily.
