Defendant argued that the second diagnostic knee arthroscopic surgery and the lower lumbar spine decompression were unrelated to the October 5, 2005, accident. Plaintiff demand was for $90,000. Defendant offer was for $50,000. The jury returned verdict of $384,000 for the Plaintiff.
