Kollin Rice has been in practice since 1996, and has represented over 2000 clients (as of the end of 2013) in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation, family law, Social Security, personal injury, criminal defense, probate and estates, and representation of investors in pension and stockbroker disputes. He holds a BA, 1993 and a JD, 1996 bothfrom University of Toledo. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and US District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1996, US Sixth Circuit in 1997, and US Supreme Court in 2006. He is an active member of the Toledo Bar Association, including the Employment Law, Domestic Relations, and Social Security Committees. He has also served as an arbitrator for the BBB since 2005. In his spare time he enjoys beekeeping and coaching youth basketball.
